Passionate fans of the actress are urging that a man who breached a fence and seized the actress during yesterday's Wicked: For Good premiere be taken into custody or expelled from Singapore.

A widely shared video shows the person identified as Johnson Wen shoving aside photographers and charging at Grande while the performers made its way down a promenade accompanied by supporters.

Co-star Cynthia Erivo immediately guided the surprised performer away from Mr Wen, who was spotted being escorted out of the premiere by guards.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being arrested", though official papers revealed that he was scheduled to appear on the following morning. It is uncertain if he was charged.

Record of Disruptions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Notorious Troublemaker", has invaded a performance. His Instagram feed contains videos of him disturbing other celebrity events, including rushing the platform at Katy Perry's Sydney show in recently and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers concert in the area last year.

"Measures must be taken applied against him as this is obviously a punishable act," stated an Instagram follower, in a reply to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his behavior.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" another Instagram user remarked.

Followers Express Concern Over Ariana's Past Trauma

Several supporters blamed Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had discussed dealing with PTSD after a devastating incident at the conclusion of her 2017 concert in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and wounding numerous individuals.

"Ariana has been through so many scary things... and at her Manchester concert and you thought it would be fun to jump the barricade?" said another response on Instagram.

A number of supporters also questioned event staff at the premiere for not being vigilant enough; while different individuals demanded digital services to ban Mr Wen's uploads.

Reaction and Premiere Information

In clips circulating online, Grande appeared shocked when she was grabbed by the individual. Her co-stars Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be spotted reassuring her while Mr Wen was led out by guards.

Grande has not commented on the event, and the rest of the event carried on uninterrupted.

The production itself is a adaptation of the 1900 story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

They were accompanied by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The previous installment, Wicked, was the highest-grossing movie of last year in the UK, and received a dozen Oscar nominations, securing two for outstanding attire and production design.
